orchardcms - Orchard missing Forms -

i created new page using orchard cms , missing elements when creating new content. these elements under "forms" group, can see in image. also, form submissions link dashboard missing. have idea how can install them in new orchard page? help.

it depends on how handle form submission. can use workflow this, can save content, ... there many ways.

in image, can see button in top. save form content if have selected create content in form properties or can store database selecting store submission @ same place.
