i submit app through itunes connect, , while filling out information, noticed optional url privacy policy. app not collect personal information of users, allow user post facebook using slcomposeviewcontroller social framework. need have privacy policy if users able post facebook app, i'm not collecting information?

btw, have app published , collect username facebook , have no privacy policy , app approved normal. having privacy policy recommend avoid rejected app.
