dashboard - move fields into the column shelf of Tableau with out having it "split" the values at the top of the column -

i've tried best synthesize question in simple terms. basically, have dataset dimensions each each supplier. dimensions include: "financial health" (high, medium, low) , "security of supply" (high, medium, low). want build view shows supplier in rows , has columns: "financial health" , "security of supply"- each it's own column. view contain actual "value" of supplier's "financial health", , "security of supply" 1 of tableau's highlight tables (for example: supplier 1 might have low "financial health" colored red, , might have high "security of supply" , colored green, etc.). problem when move "financial health" , "security of supply" column shelf tableau splits "low", "medium", , "high" columns within both "financial health" , "security of supply". in other words these "values" split @ column-level , not explicitly show in view.
