i found app has arrow used compass. arrow moves when rotate device. can see in following screen shots:

you can see size of arrow changes depending on direction gray shadow behind arrow.

how can create 3d arrow swift or objective-c? how can make image appear 3d?

that's more 2.5d, it's called. it's 2d image that's projected in 3d space. can applying 3d transform image view's layer, , modifying m34 entry in transform small negative value gives perspective. value -1/200 starting point.
