mysql - Can I launch mysqlfrm.exe from workbench? -

i'm trying 'create statement' of table .frm file (that comes corrupted hd, don't have else recover table).

but, when try launch it, clicking 2 times on it, closes immediately.

is there way launch workbench, or way create statement .frm file?
