swift - xode 6.4 iOS simulator layout not in sync with the Main.Storyboard -

i working on ios app in xcode 6.4 . starting develop app , had main.storyboard view. however, when try run app in iphone simulator, view totally different , out of sync 1 present in main storyboard. using iphone 6 plus simulator on xcode 6.4 . please see attitude images see whats on storyboard, , how changes in simulator. can please let me know whats wrong.

try clean project. layout changes may apply. or maybe auto layout broken.
