MATLAB – Fastest way to stack and display TIFs -

i have around 22 .tif images need stack together. far, process combining these images has been manual , labor intensive shown below. there faster way stack .tif images without work?

also, second question when imshow command, displays 8% of final .tif image because full image 4000px 4000px. there anyway download stacked .tif image onto computer further reference?

the easiest way store images in array loop though array, demonstrated in answer on mathworks website. once images in array can cycle through it. this example matlab faq has information processing list of files.

assuming imread(...) command used make a-v @ point, , used in loop, additional composite image generated when files being processed part of loop.
