visual studio cordova - VS Community 2015 - No Windows Phone Emulator Installed -

i following error when trying build (debug > windows phone > device) default cordova typescript project :

no windows phone 8 emulators installed. please install visual studio 2013 windows phone 8 tools selected install emulators

note: using release candiate of visual studio 2015 , installed trial version of visual studio community 2015.

installing visual studio 2013 windows phone 8 tools can't correct solution.

thanks upgrading rtm vs 2015. unfortunately, require vs2013 windows 8 emulators installed. aren't available on vs 2015 or there no stand-alone installer emulators. should able deploy windows 8 application on windows 8.1 emulators, if helps.
