scrum - unable to see PROGRESS STATUS in type STORY -

project type: scrum type

request of type story, i'm unable see progress status in request. default story screen set, screen i'm unable see progress status field.

here's twist, if create story in same project, can see progress status'. also, request contains epic link too!!!!

admin, can see option add required field in story request. if i'll add field, affect current screen assigned project?

what issue caused field not associated while creating?

i'm assuming progress status custom field.

on story unable see progress status, did have value set? can see "where field?" screen last item mentions when progress status has value shown. 1 possible problem.

the "where field?" screen indicating screen scheme current project not include custom field. if click on "story screen scheme" link on "where field?" should able add missing field. make progress status field visible every project uses "story screen scheme".

the final thing check custom field configuration. jira careful custom fields, not make them visible in every project default. need enable them each project want them visible in.
